What is Kitchen work triangle ?
The kitchen work Triangle is a concept used to determine official kitchen layouts that are both aesthetic and functional. The primary task in a home kitchen is carried out between Refrigerator, Sink, Cook Top.
These three points and the imaginary line between them, make up what kitchen explodes called the working triangle. The idea is that when these 3 Elements are enclosed with one another the kitchen will be easier and more efficient to use, Cutting down on wasted steps. No leg of the triangle should be less than 4 feet, 1.2 m, or more than 2.7 feet. The sum of all three sides of the triangle should be between 13 feet and 26 feet. Cabinets or other obstacles should not intersect any leg of the triangle by more than 12 inches. If possible there should be no major traffic floor through the triangle.
